Crawfords has now taken care of 3 of our family members final care. I believe all 3 prepaid for their cremation services. There was no push or play on emotions. Everyone was kind, timely and helpful with anything we had questions with. I would recommend the Crawford team for anyone pre-planning or currently experiencing a loss.

They (Janna, specifically) handled my mom’s cremation and service perfectly. The chaplain I was matched with was perfect too. Everything suited mom so well. They were flexible, didn’t over-sell, and treated her with respect. (I was panicked about choosing a facility and called most of the homes in the area. Crawford was also more affordable than many.)

The entire staff at Crawford was helpful, patient; friendly and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. They honored our religious traditions and personalized the service. They always treated our family with respect and made the process easy during this difficult time. The facility was clean and a very comfortable service space as well as meeting rooms. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Will, Cassie, Kyler, Gail, Dave Savannah and Marcus are a true asset to the company. I even got follow up text to see how I was doing. The Crawford staff was amazing and handled all the details with Clergy member, cemetery, food, flowers, slide show, songs. I did not have to worry about a single detail. My mom’s funeral was preplanned and over the years she spoke so highly of Will going out of his way to help her in the planning. She couldn’t drive and Will would come to her house and go over things with her at her home. I felt so blessed to have Crawford Funeral Home in charge of my mom’s services. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended! Marcus and his team were very compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with patience, sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death….the passing of my father. All the logistical items were clear, and they were so helpful in all arrangements to allow us the proper morning time. Absolutely the BEST Funeral Services in sharing my fathers story , celebrating his life and handled with great respect and care throughout. Most Recently, several weeks after the service, I had contacted Marcus for a document needed and he was so responsive and able to get me what I needed without any hesitations. No hoops to jump through, or multiple calls to make. Speaking on my family’s behalf, we highly recommend them!
